Igor was actively involved in the following family law projects:

1) representing a client in court proceedings in connection with divorce and severance in the absence of the client;

2) drafting a prenuptial agreement and a child custody and alimony agreement; representing the client in divorce proceedings;

3) providing legal support in judicial division of property rights and obligations between spouses (private proceedings);

4) representing a client in court in connection with alimony claim where the defense team proved the innocence of the defendant and the case was remitted for further investigation and later dismissed for absence of a crime in the act;

5) representing a client in government authorities in connection with the registration of divorce in the absence of the client and the receipt of divorce certificate on behalf of the client;

6) representing a client in court in connection with the deprivation of parental rights of their ex-spouse;

7) drafting a prenuptial agreement for a foreigner.
